Choosing your therapist
Studies have shown the therapeutic relationship between a client and their therapist is the most important aspect of the work you will do together.
We recommend, as a starting point, you ascertain which therapists are available at a time that suits you. You can use the filters below to show which therapists work during the daytime or evening, or with couples as well as individuals.

Contact the therapists you are interested in by using their contact information — each therapist manages their own practice, and sets their own fees and hours of working.

There are a number of city centre car parks that are only a short walk away. There is some limited pay by phone parking down Holywell Hill.
We are a ten minute walk from both of the train stations: St. Albans Abbey and St. Albans City.
