Marina Ziff

Gestalt Therapist

Marina Ziff

I’m Marina Ziff, and I am deeply passionate about guiding individuals towards holistic healing and self-awareness through Gestalt therapy. My approach is centred on the belief that each person is inherently whole, capable, and resourceful.

Having personally navigated my own journey through trauma and recovery, I understand the complexities of the healing process and bring a unique perspective and deep empathy to our work together. I view challenges as natural responses to life’s complexities, rather than as signs that something is “wrong” with you.

In our sessions, I focus on the “here and now,” encouraging you to explore your experiences as they arise in the present moment. My approach is a blend of creative and experiential techniques—such as role-playing, body awareness exercises, and artistic expression—that help deepen self-awareness and facilitate new insights.

Body-oriented practices are also incorporated to assist in reconnecting with physical sensations and releasing any tension or trauma stored in the body.

I believe in creating a collaborative and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, seen, and understood. Therapy is paced according to your needs and readiness, always tailored to support your individual goals.

My approach is gentle yet impactful, helping you break free from patterns of self-sabotage and disconnection. These patterns are seen not as flaws, but as adaptive strategies that once served you. Together, we’ll explore new ways of being that align with your current needs and values.

If you’re ready to reclaim your life and live with greater awareness, presence, and authenticity, I’m here to support you. Reach out today to start your journey towards healing and personal growth.
