Each of us is shaped by a unique blend of experiences, patterns, and inner drives. Psychosynthesis offers a holistic way of understanding these influences, looking beyond surface symptoms to see the whole person. In our work together, we’ll explore the factors that have shaped your life and bring unconscious patterns into awareness, helping you make meaningful choices and move toward a more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling way of being.
I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore life’s challenges at your own pace. My role is to support and guide you as you navigate difficulties and begin to live more in alignment with who you truly are. Drawing on psychosynthesis techniques, the focus of our work is on growth, integration, and transformation — enabling you to bring all aspects of yourself into awareness and create lasting change.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including:
- Anxiety and depression
- Addiction and self-harm
- Eating disorders
- Family and relationship difficulties
- Bereavement and loss
- Life goals and personal development
- Work-related stress and self-esteem
I am a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists (UKCP) and the Association of Psychospiritual Practitioners (APP). I adhere to their professional codes of ethics, and my practice is supported by regular clinical supervision to ensure the highest standards of care.
In addition to being a qualified counsellor, I am currently engaged in further professional training as I work towards the completion of my Psychotherapy Diploma.
