Change is possible

Are you struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety or depression? Maybe you are having trouble with your relationships?

If you are looking to change the way you live – if you want to lead a fuller richer and more satisfying life then the support I offer could be for you.

Reach your full potential

I believe that every individual has the innate capacity to grow and reach their full potential. Together we can explore any issues that are giving you difficulty and by talking things through you may find that you are able to manage and experience life as you would like it to be.

Coming into therapy can seem daunting and yet it could be one of the most valuable and positive steps you could take in your life. Having a space to talk about and explore what is going on or troubling you can be a deeply healing experience.

Being seen, heard and understood is of fundamental importance to us and our well being. This is all part of the experience that therapy can provide. We will focus on your unique individuality and personal potential while encouraging your self-awareness and self-responsibility.

Therapy provides an opportunity to explore your relationship with yourself and how you relate to others. It is a process that can be exciting, rewarding and challenging. Above all therapy can provide you with a deeper understanding of who you are and how you can become the person you want to be.

For couples

Are you a couple experiencing difficulties with your relationship? Do you yearn for more intimacy with your partner? Perhaps you are struggling to feel heard.

Satisfying relationships require honest and authentic communication. Very often couples get into difficulty due to their differing communication styles and unhelpful patterns of relating.

New ways of communicating and relating can be learnt. The therapy room is also a space where you can be supported to have difficult conversations. Coming into couples therapy could seem daunting and yet it may be one of the most valuable and positive steps you could take for your relationship.

Being seen, heard and understood is of fundamental importance to us and our well-being. This is all part of the experience that therapy can provide. We will focus on encouraging your self-awareness and self-responsibility within the relationship.

If you both want to experience a fuller, richer, and more satisfying relationship, then the support I offer could be for you.
